On occasion, floral substitutions will be necessary due to temporary and/or regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style and theme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
You, our customer, assumes full responsibility that the given recipient information is complete and correct. If there is a delay in the delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information (including door code) provided by you, our customer, the order will not be refunded.
During extreme weather conditions we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time and date. If we do not succeed in delivering your order, the order will be delivered as soon as possible.
Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery. If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, please call us at 865.436.2333. We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.
If for any reason you are not happy with the service rendered or with the flowers delivered please contact us so we can solve it as soon as possible.

We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that may be illegal or may expose us to legal liability.

During our payment process, you are entering into a legal agreement with us, Flowers of Gatlinburg. All charges for orders placed on our site will appear on your payment statement as Flowers of Gatlinburg. We, Flowers of Gatlinburg, bill your payment method at checkout to ensure that work can begin on the design of your order.
Once you click “Place Order” in the check-out process, we will attempt to secure authorization. If there is a problem securing this authorization, you will be notified and prompted to use another payment method.
An order confirmation will appear upon completion of checkout. Confirmations are also sent to the e-mail address entered during the checkout process.
